Cornwall so far

Worlds Away

Hello chicas,

So I haven't created a blog post in some time.
And I wanted this blog  to be covering something other than just fashion. Don't get me wrong I do love fashion and reading through fashion blogs but sometimes I think whilst reading through blogs  that sometimes they seem to loose their unique vibe. And also being a teenager I don't have endless ammounts of money to buy all the 'in' brands and make up. And to be honest I much prefer charity shops!.

So basically what I am trying to say is that I plan on treating this blog as a small project and seeing where it takes me.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So over the past few months I have been through a lot!! of change. At the beginning of September me and my famalam moved 400 miles away from our home in Yorkshire to Cornwall. A place my parents have always wanted to live. And what I find the most incredible part is that in my sixteen years of being on this planet I have never ever moved house.

When I first found out we were moving I was so so excited and I am a very wanderlust person so the idea totally thrilled me. Also the idea of living by the sea filled me with so much hapiness as I really do love the sea.

But then mid excitement came the realization that we would be saying 'see you later' to very close friends and also family. But what really helped me get through this part is just remembering that just because you are moving ahead in life onto interesting adventures it doesn't mean you have to leave the old memories and people behind.

So the first few months of living in Cornwall have been not the smoothest of journeys but so so worth it.
I have made some lovely friends and I feel so much calmer living by the sea.

Just remember 'Change is usually a good thing.'

CHANEL SS15 Ready To Wear Collection.

Hello Chicas,

I decide I would write a blog post on the SS15 CHANEL ready to wear collection. This collection is a brilliant blend between both  masculine and feminine. The collection includes tweed pantsuits accesorised with silk neck ties which give the normal masculine leg shape a nice feminine twist and twist of colour.

The collection to me shows something very Parisian but also very Italian. I love how the collection is also so versatile that it could be worn from day to night with not much effort needed at all. The collection is inspired by menswear it includes double breasted blazers and boxy jackets also with cuffed wide legged trousers and flat boots. Although the base of the clothes remains very much feminine with a palette of vibrant colours think 'orange, pink, purple and green'. And strong flamboyant eye catching prints such as 'floral, watercolour.'

Here you can see how the tweed skirt suit has been paired with some bright flamboyant boots to create a contrast between the the masculinity and feminine sides of the outfit.

The bags in the collection also bring their own statements to also add a fun pop to the outfits.

The collection is very up to date and modern and uses a variety of materials and tones and textures with strong center pieces making all the looks bold and highly fashionable.

I also love how this show was set out as a revolutionary campaign march bringing a fresh and strong women together image.

Basically this show left me starry eyed and in awe of these beautiful items of clothing.
